Learnt a Lesson #BusJourney

Yes, “Every action has equal and opposite reaction” – Newton’s 3rd law I suppose. I say this worked out today in my case.

Being a regular commuter from my place to office in BMTC (Bengaluru Metro Transport Corporation) services, I know how long, How much would it cost to commute. But this particular day…yes today, I had faced this situation.

Me: Got on the bus from office. Waiting for the conductor to come and pinch a ticket

Conductor(cd): Where do you want to go?

Me: place and handed over a Rs.100/- note

Conductor: Picked it up, punched a ticket (Rs.15/-) ,wanted me to wait and punched another ticket to the other guy.

Me: I asked him the change.

Cd: How much?

Me: Rs.35/-

Cd: get me another Rs.5/- and collect the rest. written on the back of the ticket.

Me: Accepted 😦 I knew I do not have change and can collect before I get off)

Boom! –  After 15 minutes. ( I took a nap happily without even thinking what has just happened and was really tired). All of a sudden, I scanned my wallet for the money. Yes, I know how much I had in my wallet in the morning and how much did I spend. I see it to be not matching. Recollected and found that I have made mistake. Picked up the punched ticket from pitty pocket and ran straight to the conductor ji.

Me: Sir, I gave you a Rs.100/-. you returned 30/- and written 5/- on the back of the ticket. I need to get 50/- more. I apologize for my mistake.

Cd: How do I trust you? what were you doing when I gave you the change?

Me: Sir, I am very much true in this case. You can check my wallet for more. If you do not believe me, I am leaving the money right here.

Cd: Are you sure you need to get 50/-? Because, end of the day I need to pay from my pocket.

Me: I swear.

Cd: Ok Take This.

He slams a 2 (20/-) and 1(10/-). I thanked him. Then, I see the ticket which had my 5/- to be returned. I asked him about this. His reply is as below.

“It was your mistake forgetting the change and there must be a fine/punishment for that action – I cant give you 5/-, giving you a 50/- without my cognizance is a big deal”.

After listening to him these lines, I din ask him. I observed that God is watching all our actions and he would surely show his balancing power in one way or the other. Else, why would I make this mistake being a regular commuter in the same bus?

Yes, I repeat “Every action has equal and opposite reaction”!

Lady! You gave my new year a fantastic year #2014

I am sure there would be a special someone for everybody on this earth. This special someone would make our day/year a special one filled with their thoughts and happiness.

I am a kinda person who found that special someone during my last days of engineering all of a sudden from nowhere. I had been wishing not to have any hard feelings while leaving university post engineering but anyways it’s not in our hands. As the philosophy says, you find your love as per the lines written by God for you. It happened with me in the same way.

Yes, I found the love of my life at my univ (Ow! Its a long story how I had fallen in love with my lady). She is the best ever thing happened to me in my life till date. Though we were very close till the day I proposed, there comes a twist in the story which had us apart for a really long time. No idea, what the reason is behind saying ‘that’ but I felt really sad/bad which did not let me face her for almost a couple of months. May be, I should have gone behind her roaming for my love? like just another romeo on the roadside? No, I did not want to do that. I do not want to hurt my lady or trouble her. May be, She has tested me my love? Could be. Having a little age difference between us and couldn’t trust me staying away from her for next 4 years. would I be the same all my life? Yes, these could be some of the questions that every girl gets when she has to choose her love.

Anyways, I was sad for a couple of months (Even cried keeping the happenings in my mind all the time) but later made up my mind to wait and get my love back in  to my life at any cost (In a good way, I mean it).

Clock is tickling super fast. 3 years have passed!

University is over. Joined a job. Looking at other girls? Lol, No. I couldn’t face anyone for love after my lady. I do not understand why I am so crazy about her. Not from the same place, different backgrounds, languages, with her for a couple of months.. established a strong bond in such a short span. May be, this is called “Love”! I had been thinking to meet my lady in person and tell her my feelings but couldnt dare to do it thinking about the same. Yes, I made up my mind again this time not to let go of my love.

There you go! This year is the year of my love. I bet I get my love back and live my life to the fullest. After a 3 years of silence, My lady wished me luck to start off a new year which I take it as a good sign for my life. All I want my lady to know is, I Love You! I Love you So much! Thank You! 🙂

October month of 2013!

Cant forget this month especially as I had bought many stuff without a second thought. Starting with a new pair of Adidas running shoes which made me run so fast giving me a lot of pleasure to wear them all day & makes me think about running.

A Pair of newport jeans, These are again awesome. I was so sad while paying the bill at the mall as I bought with no interest. Once I am home, Tried them on me.. Boom! they are good enough.. a little better feeling 🙂

Next day to office(luckily, none cares about my dress code ;)), one of those jeans have given me a killer look with my new shoes along. Made me look like a rockstar.

Adding up to the list, there are many. A brand new water bottle, a bermuda, a couple of Tees etc., All these small things have bought some happiness in my life using them on a daily basis. This month had a very huge chunk of expenditure yet happy on it 😀

P.s: I am not a shop-a-holic

Today being saturday, I had a chance to skim through the so called “the best newspaper in south India” – “Times of India” which had an advertisement pamphlet stating a discount sale is on by handloom cloth society in bangalore They were selling out the stock as they are not planning to take it back to their head office.

I thought of paying a visit & purchase something as the list of products listed were interesting (ranging from inner wear to burmudas etc.) for both men & women. As this place is located a couple of kms away from my room, I cant walk being lazy cant take a bus as the road route is way too far.

I called up a dear friend of mine who showed interest to take me there & buy some. Finally, We visited the place which turned out to be “not-up-to-the-mark” stuff with a very low quality. Well, its time to return we thought & started off on his bike… Dadan, Rain all of a sudden!

This guy din let me wait there, zoomed in so fast to reach our place before we fully drenched. my struggle being the pillon rider were 😀 :P.

Disappointed Discount sale on one side & rain on the other… 😀 😀 😀

I am a lazy bum to blog a post!

Yes, you read it correct. I had a couple of blogs started way back in 2010 during my engineering with an intention to put in my inner thoughts to the outer world. It ran all fine adding posts once or twice in a month with good traction.

What happened to me all of a sudden?

I deleted the first blog thinking that it has a very silly content & decided to start off a new one concentrating on a single topic. Had some random thoughts roaming around in my mind before I made up one to kickstart. I suppose its technology. I did not know where to start off & what to blog. I see everything in the internet already. whats new that I could put in? 😦

Thats the end of the second new blog!

Was away from blogging for a while. I stumbled upon WordPress article written by a lady was very interesting which has triggered me to start my blog all new way this time on wordpress but with personal thoughts.

There you go, Here is my blog which a year old.

As usual, started off with posts.. then disappeared though I had all resources. Reason for this is my laziness to logon to my blog & put in a few lines that wander in my mind. Yuck man! you can’t spend 30min a month to do this? Phew!

A year has passed by, I accidentally clicked on a bookmark on my newly installed firefox browser which redirected to my own blog & happened to see some old blogs & dates under them. I was surprised to see that its been almost 12 months without touching & I do not event remember that I have one.

Well, I wish at least from now I spend some time in putting in thoughts.

3 hours of mental peace!!!

Yes, you read it right!

           These are the days we are stuck with in our cubicle at our work place for more than 12 hours a day & having a stressful day.If it is Monday, Needless to say. This may not be the case with many of the other projects but I am talking about my own experience & putting out what I had in my mind.

        The Day I am talking about 

             Day started off as early as at around 05:45 hrs after banging my alarm thrice to snooze.Actually, Alarm was trying to bring me back in to this world from 05:00 hrs & I equipped it to do so. Need to be at my workplace by 07:00 hrs, Interesting thing is that I have 1 hr 15 min time to get ready & reach my office.

            Getting ready and travelling  25 kms (22 kms Outer Ring Road + 3 kms walk) to reach my workplace, everything in just 75 min. Wow! how fast am I? 😛 At last started from my home thinking I need to be on time, walking on a highly polluted road in search of a cab(which was quite busy at 06:00 hrs) & reached a busy bus stop. Bang! I see no bus stop, to my surprise it has been moved by 200 meters because of the road extension work with out any prior notice to the public.After ignoring many route buses & coughing up with couple of Cabs moving on the road to take me to my destination, found a vacant cab. I got on the cab right after driver nodded his head for my query, Occupied the rear site & making myself comfortable. Random thoughts were kept buzzing in my mind, “how fast would he go?” “how long would it take to reach?” “how much would he charge?” “would he take me safely?” (as if I am really worried! lol..).

     Driver, a youngster (in 20’s) was driving so fast. Could not believe looking at speed-o-meter moving at 80 Kmph in such a busy road and many flyovers, road underpasses, blind turnings and admist of heavy trucks. There were moments where in we were about to hit a truck, survived by applying up a sudden break which woke me up from sleep & decided not to sleep (got an answer for one of my previous questions). After stopping at many places on the way to get other passengers on boarded (not a personally hired to tell him not to stop), dropped me at my place where I still had to walk 2.5 kms to reach my office. Driver was satisfied with the fare provided ( typical Indian mentality while paying bills).

     At 06:40 hrs, Walking on a road with many big buildings around, covered with trees on both sides of  the road, being plugged in playing awesome music just to walk on the road with out thinking about how far am I walking, thinking about many thing s(future, work, career & parents). Anyways, reached on time. 07:00 hrs office.

      Being in the office till 21:00 hrs last night & coming back on time next day that too by 07:00 hrs is a great deal, but I made it. Gosh! 

      Yes! This is the period I was talking about, None from your team in the office, doing your work peacefully, checking heaps of mails in your mailbox, having a cup of coffee with out pressure, talking over phone with parents without a stressed mind, reading news on my favorite blogs, Tweeting on Twitter. What-else would I expect being in the service industry with such a busy schedule. Work commences by 07:25 hrs, gradually puts on the load every 15 mins.

   Those 3 hours I spent with none of my team members is worth mentioning & ever unforgettable with doing all my work peacefully. I felt read good with the environment though I was frustrated about this from a very long time. Looking forward for a good day at work! Anyhow, I know the day is gonna be like a Stock Market with so many assignments around.
